  Help! Every 30th frame is clear, rest have glitch, patches & artifacts
  Hello,I encountered a wierd bug, all the videos from one particular mobile phone when imported in Vegas 23 gets glitchy. Only every 30th frame being clear i.e. 1st, 30th, 60th........ and so on. Rest of frames have wierd glitch, patches &
