  OK thanks I have it working now placing KFs in the adjustment track.However, the KFs are placed in the adjustment track's normal track motion area. I can find no way to access the "Parent Motion" area using the API.  I really wanted to place the KFs

  Additional to this: Does anyone know is it possible to access track motion keyframes on an adjustment track? @Phil_P VideoAdjustmentTrack inherits from VideoTrack, and its Track Motion and other properties should work just like VideoTrack.

  HI experts,Background I wrote series of script (myself) a while ago that give me the option to add 2 track motion keyframes a certain time apart. The first key frame will always be the same value as the previous one and the second will reset to 0.

  Here is the error. The track is just a normal video track. Nothing special. And I can manually open Track Motion no issues and my old script (with no dockable window) works fine.

  Perhaps the question to ask now is "Two years on does the motion tracking in VP23 work well enough to not need Mocha Vegas?". Thats something I shall have to look at.

  I think I'd: Circle the wagons. Export the text of the credit roll. Import into Photo Shop (GIMP). Save as transparent .png and... back in Vegas Pro Animate with Pan/Crop and Track Motion.

  Thank you. Yes, it seems pretty cool. Those lighting effects look great, I wonder if they may improve Bump Map. Would love to have a different track motion interface although this one is fine, I just struggle with the 3d rotation. Doesn't make sense

  @Risi      Thanks for the advice! It was really helpful. I will be trying this month the update and I will decide to go for 23 or just wait for 24, so that the new engine will be more polished and early bug fixes. But I really like the new look

  hey all, just returned to vegas for the first time since... I dont remember which Sony version. for a few years I begrudgingly eked out a few projects using the other current NLE options that aren't subscriptions (which means i used Resolve lol).
