  Problems with Motion Tracking Tool and Mesh Warp
  MOTION TRACKING TOOL: After creating a region and tracking, the region can no longer be moved or altered for re-tracking. Can only delete it and add another region. In Vegas 21 the region could be altered and re-tracked over and over.   MESH WARP:

  @RedRob-CandlelightProdctns I you just want to crop a 1080p portion from your UHD frame, I recommend using Track Motion, and not Event Pan/Crop. Far more intuitive, and it's nondestructive.

  PAN/CROP is designed to work like you are operating a camera. Track motion works operating the image. When using Pan/Crop you have to think like a camera man.

  Try Track Motion. If you try with Pan/Crop, make sure you right-click the Pan/Crop screen and choose "Match Output Aspect" first. Then Pan/Crop will move it to the edge of the screen. You can also use the Picture-in-Picture effect.
