  @Richard-Vanner Track Motion exposes keyframes for editing along the timeline. I have not found a setting that exposes Pan/Crop or any fX keyframes for editing along the timeline.

  FYI the recommended settings deinterlaces your 1080i50 m2ts AVCHD footage and renders it to 1080p50 mp4 AVC. Vimeo/YouTube prefer progressive video. Rendering 1080i50 to 1080p50 will keep the details and also the fluent motion. I prefer this above

  Try Track Motion. If you try with Pan/Crop, make sure you right-click the Pan/Crop screen and choose "Match Output Aspect" first. Then Pan/Crop will move it to the edge of the screen. You can also use the Picture-in-Picture effect.

  I mainly Recorded 4k60fps (which I failed to mention) on Samsung Galaxy S20Ultra with all the unecessary 10bit steady motion (or whatever the name it is) OFF. Then I have rendered the video just in case into 2k and 1080p and everything works fine

  track FX, and all the other things I am used to in version 13
  Updated to 22 from 13, its a leap I know. 22 is messing with my work flow. Gone are the usual things for tracks, FX, motion tracking, in audio compression, normalization are gone. Is there a way to customize the tracks with the way I am used to?

  @Jack S I know all the workarounds. I was actually trying to help someone on a different thread with a motion tracking problem. I just happened to pick that balloon clip out of the hat and immediately ran into the problem. So infuriated was I.

  Need Help With Vegas AI Tracking, Not Sure If I'm Doing It Wrong.

  I use X-Mouse Button Control to further customize my Video Preview zooming options. I now simply use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out, and the right mouse click to Pan around..... These motions are more fluid and streamlined while editing.

  RE: PIP & Offset Plugin's zoom quality is not same as PAN & CROP did.
  It may not be related to what you are seeing but my understanding is that when resizing: Pan/Crop works on the Event's original resolution Track Motion works on the Project Resolution This can make a difference in quality when zooming in.

  I have an Osmo Pocket 1, 2, and 3 and a couple of GoPro cameras. I just copy the files off the cards and drop them on the timeline. They all work just fine. Motion JPEG is not a good option. I'd see if the camera can capture in a different format.
