RE: Found the Reason Why Title Outline Didn’t Work in VEGAS Pro 23
On my Vegas Pro 23 build 302, the default composite mode is 'Source Alpha' - as has always been the case in all previous versions of Vegas Pro I've had since Vegas Pro 10. I don't know why your VP23 defaults composite mode to 'Screen', but if you

Grouping, moving, ungrouping
Hi, I am using Vegas Pro 22, on Win 11 When I group two video and two audio tracks, then move them on the timeline, and then ungroup the four tracks to do more editing, and if I want to mute or solo one of the tracks, I can not do this. When I mute

RE: Audio .wav file in Vegas 20 will not playback
Sorry it took so long for me to figure this out. I did suggest the new audio track approach in the first reply to your post: Alternatively, create a new audio track (Insert Audio Track or Ctrl+Q) and move the audio event on to that track. Why?

RE: Grouping, moving, ungrouping
@Don-Theyken That's what @DMT3 & I wrote. You had all tracks selected not grouped, you can't just click on a track to ungroup it from a group of tracks, but you can select just one track that is in a group of tracks. To ungroup a track from a

RE: Compare two .veg files?
@John-Lenihan Drag the two .veg files onto two stacked tracks in a new Vegas Project. Mute and unmute the top track to expose the bottom track until you see the differences.

RE: Video top cut off
You can do this by using Track Motion in the track header. When you click on Track Motion, a workspace window similar to pan/crop opens, but in Track Motion you will be able to zoom in without the limitations of pan/crop and be able to fill the

RE: Upside down video
Most certainly rotating in pan/crop is a good way, but if there are lots of video events that need rotation, then there's the choice of copy/pasting the pan/crop attributes to the other events or creating a track dedicated just for the upside-down

RE: Vegas Pro 22, Tiles and Text clip, text is now dark
@charles-mcguyer Could be that an effect/filter is on the entire track itself (Track FX). You need to show us the entire Vegas interface for us to pinpoint exactly what is causing you this issue.
