  @Former user @Buystockinfun, yep same here, bad sound on the one with AMR audio, the other FHD clip with AAC LC audio plays without problems,  I too can't find a way to record 640x480 on a an S23 Ultra, Googling 'AMR (Adaptive Multi-Rate) there's

  I cannot recreate the AMR audio encoding with multiple camera/recording apps. The night that happened, the phone rebooted to Android bootloader level because the phone gimbal clamp pressed multiple side buttons. .MTS is what my older Sony camera

  The camera that produces the .MTS files is not my preferred capture device because it has audio AGC and no visual display of level, leaving me guessing at settings with an external mic preamp. So I have abandoned that for now. I bought another

  I should rename this Videos of Sisyphus...condemned to rolling incompatible videos up a mountain for eternity. It's not really about .MTS or lost .MP4-converted audio anymore. It's about wrestling corrupted (unwanted formatting) videos into and out
