  I purchased Vegas movie studio 17 platinum from Amazon and the serial number that was provided will not work. I have a Dell computer with windows 11 Pro.

  Was Amazon the direct seller of Vegas Movie Studio or was the seller a 3rd party individual or company using the Amazon platform as a means to sell Vegas Movie Studio? If the former, you'd need to contact Amazon about the issue and then if necessary

  I too had the same issue. Purchased same software at Amazon they gave me the serial for Sound Forge. I found the chat feature on Amazon and complained. They have refunded me.
