  @Ruby888 What @johnny-s is asking, is if the "File" you supplied the MediaInfo for, is Two (2) files, merged into one. Espcecially since there is a "Time Difference" between the supposed files. I just did a short little capture with my GoPro Hero 5

  I can not find the original file, but I have the rendered one and its horrible. I am going to try new settings in my GoPro 5 and re-shoot. Here is the rendered file. I don't understand bit-rates.

  The original video is poor as if it was encoded with a low bitrate. It's not just the road that is bad. Look at the grass areas. But media info shows the original bitrate as 45 Mb/s which is more than adequate for good quality 1080. Likewise the
