Rendered video skipping.
I have had an ongoing issue with some of my rendered content stuttering or pulsing in Vegas (have had 19 to 21 now). I have had help with this in the past...but the only actual solution has been to process things in Resolve (render) and use Vegas

RE: [Solved] PC resources not being utilized well by Vegas
Been playing with double frame rates and Vegas just doesn't like em much regardless of the format or wrapper. I see hardware decoding happening with mov or mp4 re-wraps but still lackluster performance. Find the best way to handle them on my system

RE: VEGAS not opening several formats
A bit of background -- RLE was one of the very first attempts at interframe compression -- it gives pretty good compression on static scenes, but with shadow pixelation most noticeable in the blue channel. On motion scenes, the bitrate rapidly

RE: Frame rate change to digitized 8mm film
@Dexcon Apologies for the confusion but I did say "the flicker would be unwatchable". I wasn't referring to the film image motion smoothness. That's another matter and I agree with your comments. My comment "So effectively you see 16 x 3 = 48 images

RE: VEGAS Pro 22 Build 194 General Discussion
in the Preference/General tab there is an option Dx11 output. What does this mean? @pierre-k good question, I usually leave most defaults as they are, given a few exceptions, but this one may be interesting to enable. My best guess is to enable

RE: Insert Track Motion Points at Exact Time Separation
OK I have managed to do 2 scripts that do almost what I want. (I did this all in Notepad++ with some assistance from Chat GPT):The first one will add 2 keyframes, 1.5 seconds apart. The keyframes are the same as the previous one. It will also put

RE: Converting all instances of Legacy Text to Sony Titles and Text
Export your titles to a codec that supports an Alpha channel, then you can superimpose them over any video easily. Try using the track motion drop shadow or outline to create the effect you want.

Indeed, I just did some tests with the right settings rendering 576p I concluded the same thing or that it was as good as jriver on my LG TV. With 1080p motion was not as smooth but I'll do another thread on that as you say. And to follow up on my

RE: AV1 encoding - is using CPU better than GPU for GeForce RTX 4070?
Are you sure the CPU upgrade is necessary? There haven't been big performance gains from 12th to 13th generation and almost none from 13th to 14th. Does Voukoder support GPU encoding for AV1? VEGAS does have decoding of AV1. In general you can get

RE: Transfering Motion Data completely disrupts the project
Mocha is a different animal to what you've worked with before (unless you have Mocha Pro). I mainly use Mocha Pro in which you need to save a tracking project and import it into another Mocha Pro project in order to use the original tracking data.

RE: Feature Request (Extract and process frames from a motion JPEG image)
If you are coder, it is pretty trivial to knock something together for this; as I said earlier, Motion Photos are a proprietary format consisting of a JPEG followed by a marker and then an MP4. So all you need to do is write code to find the marker
