  You could manually duplicate tracks and use a motion blur or gaussian blur on the background one- search for online tutorials for this. Newer versions of Vegas also have "Black Bar Fill" Fx that makes this very easy. Overview .

  Without seeing the project, it would be hard to say. However, it looks like you are using 3D Track Motion and part of the "sheep" track is in front of the "cow" track in the "z" direction.

  1. If the videos won't be harmed you need manual set the project so that both videos are normal visible.2 and 3. Place the videos on the right places using track motion.Such a video is only for internet and other use, not a TV screen.
