  First of all you should update your Vegas Pro 14 to the latest build 270. Then for zooming into the photos in your particular case you need to use Pan/Crop to preserve the source resolution. I'd assume you tried to use Track Motion or a Video FX

  I thought that the Bezier Motion tracker has stooped after the first keypoint ( so from the beginning) caused by wrong settings for motion a.s.o. and maybe the movements are to heavy to follow. I saw this in the beginning when learning this option.

  I think your Tracking Mask is working. Remember, it is a Bezier Mask that is doing a motion track and being applied. But you have not applied an FX to the masked area so you can't see it. The "rectangle" that outlines the mask area IS NOT THE MASK.
