RE: [Solved] There's got to be an easier way
The same way you program zooms at event level. Just go to the "track motion" button on the track itself and do your zoom and keyframes there instead of in the event.

[Solved] Rotate video, ends up with letterbox
Hi,   I have Vegas 13 and I am trying to rotate a video but it doesn't work. I have videos recorded on mobile that ended up standing, so I need to rotate them. They are now 480 wide and 800 high and I need to have them 800x480 instead. I've been

RE: [Solved] Crop twice for same clip?
I don't think you can add a second Pan/Crop. Try using Track Motion for your second adjustment.

    RE: [Solved] Bicubic(best) or Bilinear(good)?
I had a 59:07 (SS:ff) UHD project that I cropped into the frame to 1920x1080 to do a close-up on a subject. I added a perverse amount of Track Motion just to complicate things and rendered to MC DVD Architect NTSC Widescreen video stream and MC AVC

RE: [Solved] How to Tile a Clip so There is No Black Space When Zooming Out
Ok, let me ask you a question. Do you know how to use Parent/Child tracks in Vegas? I think I would create the layers on various tracks in Vegas using Track Motion. Then I would make all of those tracks a child to a Parent track with an empty event.

[Solved] Scaling the Relative Size of visual elements on Many Different Tracks
I'm using Vegas Pro 12 on an Intel Core 15-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz w/ 16 GB RAM, 64 bit, Windows 7 Enterprise. I screwed up and didn't check safe areas - and did ALL of my motion graphic work. It is a bit too large, and I need to reduce the size of all

RE: [Solved] Help with smooth keyframes/motion tracking
Right click in the keyframe on your event pan/crop (I assume you are using keyframe for the motions) - then select Fast. It starts fast at the beginning, but slow in the end.

I'm trying to make a short compilation of some videos, and I want cards to pop up from the side and say where the video is from. Now I got that part, but it's too robotic. I want it to be smooth, and how can I do that? I tried making the keyframe

Just trying out MovieStudio 13, last used v9. I'm trying to insert a few dozen photos into a video at various positions within the frame. Pan/crop used to be fine for this in v9. However, in v13 it will not allow me to move the image outside the

RE: [Solved] Is there a way to have videos not fade when at the same time?
If you wish to see BOTH Events (Photos) at the same time you need two Tracks. The Track Timeline is exactly that, it is a Timeline. So, Photos or Video - here's another term for you - Events to be seen at the same time would need to occupy the same

RE: [Solved] What is the best resize filter for video?
In AviSynth terminology, I think Lanczos3 is pretty similar to Spline36, and Lanczos4 is pretty similar to Spline64. It partly depends on whether you're upscaling or downscaling. Lanczos4 is often said to be better for upscaling, but introduces too

    [Solved] Smooth Start/Stop in Pan/Crop
Folks, is there a way to slow the ends of a pan in Vegas 9? The sort of thing you'd aim for with a fluid head; where the motion starts and ends smoothly rather than abruptly? I imagine it could be achieved by using lots of differently spaced
