RE: Occasional tears suddenly appearing on timeline and output
Bandicam has plenty of history of not working well with VEGAS. I would advise against capturing AVI with x264vfw. Will it allow you to capture x264 MP4? Here are some OBS Studio settings that work well with VEGAS.

Occasional tears suddenly appearing on timeline and output
Until recently, I've been recording screen/game capture footage using this method without any problems for quite a while. But for unrelated reasons I had to reinstall Windows, and so perhaps I'm now missing a codec or something. But since it still

I don't want to start a new topic, just to point out that I can't use H.265 footages in Vegas 17. In Vegas 16, H.265 works normally, but in Vegas 17 it's very, but very stuck/laggy.I have to be careful not to set the camera to H.265 :) @AlesCZ If

RE: Vegas Pro 17: Bandicam HEVC files unsupported
Ok so, i can confrim that if selected hardware decoder isn't "NVidia NVDEC", the Bandicam HEVC files are unknown... Maybe a recent drivers are finally not the solution. Need to switch back to my older 388.71 to be sure.

RE: Vegas Pro 17: Bandicam HEVC files unsupported
Here's a bit of a wrinkle. I just updated my Nvidia Studio Drivers to the latest version. Using those drivers with the latest version of Bandicam produces nvenc hevc files that Vegas "cannot" decode. I've tried in all versions from V14-V17. I was a

Something wrong with (...) drivers I think You right. I had need to keep old drivers but indeed, a drivers update (436.15) solve this. Now Bandicam HEVC NVENC files are properly recognize and imported in VEGAS. Thanks everyone for help.

RE: Happy Otter Scripts for Vegas Pro
If you still get all red X's the problem most likely is that you are using an old driver. I used to display the following warning. "If you intend to render using Nvenc, the Nvidia driver version must be 418.81 or later."Regarding Nvenc hevc

@Sylk You can try to rescan for available GPU again. To do so, open Render+, select Advanced and click on the blue gear icon for encoders which will bring up the encoder settings dialog. Then click on the info icon as shown here. If you still get

RE: Vegas Pro 17: Bandicam HEVC files unsupported
x265 HEVC file is properly imported but not Bandicam HEVC files MPC-HC can play it, MacX HD Video Converter can transcode it (to mkv) and my GPU is a GTX1080 so i think Vegas unsupport it.

RE: [Closed] Audio Desync on large MP4s
Use mediaInfo to check if Bandicam recorded in variable frame rate. If so you could use another transcoder to re-encode an intermediate with constant frame rate. Unfortunately Handbrake doesn't like variable frame rate either (from my experience)

[Closed] Audio Desync on large MP4s
Hi, I'm running Vegas Pro 15.0 build 387. I'm having a very large audio to video syncing issue. I dropped my footage into the timeline (footage is 22 mins) and the video seems to run increasingly behind the audio, until a 2-3 second gap is reached,

Help with importing MP4 w/MPEG-4 Codec @ Sony Vegas Pro 13
Hello, I am having trouble importing a video file that is recorded in MPEG-4 Codec, and MP4 container. When I try to import the video to SVP13, it returns this error. When I play the video in VLC, it runs fine. Here are my settings in Bandicam.
