All 1080p clips work for me until a 4K clip shows up. Since the 4K format appeared, subsequent files stopped working (the next files are already in 1080p format). Look what happen in Vegas: OF COURSE IN VEGAS NUMBER 13 THIS PROBLEM DOES NOT OCCUR.

Yes, that's correct. The program has been requesting me to do an update for a month or so. I finally accepted it. When I opened the program I had to log back in and register it. I used my email address and the same serial # from when I purchased it.
