I think you need InfinitiCam for that.
Buy it from the same place, very cheap.
I've only used it for a 2 camera shoot and it workd very well.

For more than 4 cameras, you'll need either Infiniti-cam as mentioned by Aldo or Excalibur. Both can easily handle more than 4 cameras.

InifitiCam seemed to be the one for my purposes, so I downloaded the demo. I've followed the steps in the manual but I can't get beyond setting up the PIP. I've named my video tracks 1, 2, 3, 4.....15. I've selected "16 (4x4)'" cameras, loaded the cameras but, after hitting ok, nothing happens. Is this function not available in the demo version?

Run step one.
Mark your cams either using the toolbar markers or using keys on the keyboard to mark the cutpoints and which cam should be active.
Run step two.

Did you watch the tutorial video on the VASST site? I do a 9 camera edit from start to finish. While not comprehensive, it should give you a good idea of the workflow (just use 16 cameras instead).

Okay, I see what I was doing wrong: My problem was that I couldn't set up the PIP. The reason for that apparently is the fact that I deleted the unwanted audio from all but one track before going to InfinitiCam. (I would get the message "Specified argument was out of range of valid values. Parameter name: index") If I delete the unwanted audio after the PIP is set up, everything is fine.

So I've got it figured out, but it's too bad that for anything beyond 9 cam we have to add markers and manually indicate which camera to go to......(or is there a short cut I'm missing ;)

Awe, man, I spoke to soon! I got the PIP to work fine. I put in my markers and labled them as to which camera to cut to and everything seemed to be going well. But when I hit "Process Cameras" I got that "specified argument was out of range" message again and couldn't get beyond that point. And I wasn't even being argumentative! So what gives?

Please send an email to VASST support (the email link is in the readme file and also in the manual) and we’ll get you up and running.

VAAST support solved the issue: I had several unlabled markers in the timeline, put down to the beat of the song but not used as edit points. After deleting these unused markers InfinitiCam was able to assemble my project. I'll be getting this baby on my next paycheque for sure.

Thanks John and DSE for the great tools!

Thanks Aldo for working with us to resolve this. I’ve uploaded new copy of InfinitiCAM 1.0.1 that fixes this problem. InfinitiCAM will now correctly ignore marker with empty labels. Please go to the infinitiCAM page and download the latest copy. Sorry for an inconvenience this may have caused you.
