15fps Quicktime Movie Blues

A friend asked me to put a video on a DVD for his son's church group. It turned out to be a CD with a Quicktime file at 320x240, 15fps progressive.

My take is that there is not much that can be done with this to make anything that will look reasonable as a full screen video.

Is my best bet just to make a video CD? Would supersampling help? (How do I get myself into these situations?)

Thanks,

1 trick that you might try is to not make it full screen - if you can shrink it into a window, maybe with some kind of soft background, it might not be to objectionable. Sometimes if the background is a smooth back track loop or something it can even make the bad video in the window look like a cool effect - the whole thing can even come off as rather slick.

Hope this helps

Or you could always burn the video at half resolution to DVD since DVDA now supports the half resolution option as well.
