2-Pass encoding bitrate recommendations.

Gonna try the 2-pass encoding for the first time. Local TV broadcast short film.
Any recommendations for the max, avg, and min. bitrates to start out with? Thanks, Darryl

How much material (timewise) do you have? If you've got more than 90 minutes or so you're going to have to start knocking down the average. Here's a bitrate chart that will help:

You can't just go to the directory - you must supply the entire filename. If you want to see all of the great newsletters that are available, use the jetdv.com/vegas link.
