I'm using VMS8. I'm only slightly past novice.

#1 - I don't understand how to use pan/zoom. I think this is where I can slowly pan or zoom a still image in/out in my video. Can anyone help or point me to an earlier post? (I went back 200 posts and found nothing.

#2 - I had the media generator window open and accidently dragged it into the window where the Explorer, Trimmer, etc. are displayed. Now, transitions screen or media generator always show up in this little window and I can't figure out how to "drag" it out of there. It makes adjusting text very difficult.

Thanks in advance!

2: Move your pointer to the 3 dots to the left of the window. left click on them and drag the window to the center of the screen

1: make sure the timeline cursor is in the photo. Hit the 'pan/crop' icon of the photo. A window opens. Drag a corner of the rectagle to the center = zoom in.
use keyframes to refine the zooms.

Take your time look at the 'show me how' section of 'Help'. Both your question are demonstrated.
