I got 2 R9 290x video cards installed on my system. Unfortunately 1 of them are defective and I had to send 1 back for a replacement. So I did not get to test out 2 video card and run the Vegas benchmark. Hower, on a single card it render Sony Vegas bench Xdcam in 24s that is nice but I don't care about those format nor any mp4 format. I test out Canopus AVI container high quality codec which I often used for archived my video as master file and this card works really nice in gpu. Vegas timeline performance is also very good. This card run very very hot 92c but I had already planned to watercooled and I already got my EK full water block ready to be installed. I have a massive amount of radiators on my system. So, cooling these cards should be no problem at all. just wanna share my cards.

Hi Bruce.
Currently my goto codec is Sony's XAVC-S and XAVC; I got myself a FDR-AX100 and it shoots in XAVC-S. If you got time and your second card, I would be interested to know how will it can handle this codec.
