24P DVDs are encoded as 24fps files. The DVD player can send the raw 24fps data out to a projector that understands 24fps, or optionally the DVD player can add pulldown if it detects that it's supposed to output NTSC.

So, would using the 23.97 setting in DVDA2 would give you a true 24p DVD?
