2nd Audio Channel for HD broadcast

We use Sony Vegas in our church to produce a weekly television show. We are already translating the service in Spanish live and recording it for podcast. Is it possible to be able to use that in the video broadcast as well? Back in the SD days it was called SAP (second audio program) but now with HD I'm not sure what options are available.

That's an interesting question. I have not seen SAP in quite some time. I wonder if the digital HD era has deleted it?

(Wiki suggests it's strictly part of the older analog world so I would imagine it no longer exists).

I do know that you CAN broadcast additional info (example; the newer digital radio tuners have the ability to receive/display the name of a song and the artist) but I'm not sure if this is limited to radio or carries over to tv as well.

In my days doing engineering for a radio cluster we implemented HD radio (ibiquity) and we were able to inject program information and data over the stream but i'm pretty new on the HD Tv stuff.
