FYI, I had a problem with my second monitor resolution after updating from Win 7 to Win 10. Vegas previews seemed to be enlarged on the 2nd monitor which was a Tv connected via HDMI. I found that for some reason, windows 10 had set the apps and cursors, etc to be displayed at %150 instead of the normal %100. If you have a similar problem, check this. Now all seems fine.
