3-Wheel Primary Color Correction?

I just purchased Sony Vegas Movie Studio + DVD Platinum Edition that boasts 3-Wheel Primary Color Correction. I have found regular color correction just as the manual states, but not 3-Wheel Primary Color Correction.
Can anybody tell me where it is?

Highlight the video event you want to correct. Left click on the video event FX icon in the right hand side of event. A video FX window should pop up. Highlight Sony Color Corrector and click OK. The color wheels should pop up.
