Hi. I'm still using the trial version 8 so I don't know if it's just a trial version limitation. The problem is that every time I try to render a project in 32 bit color vegas will crash, usually around 13-16 percent into the render.

I have tried rendering to avi, mpeg, pre-render etc. Never fails to crash. 8 bit renders just fine. This is on a 2 minute project.

I'm using a Dell Precision M65 notebook with 2 gigs of RAM and an external harddrive. Plenty of space on both harddrives. Also Windows XP service pack 2.

Also using Quadro FX 350M graphics card.
