32bit Render Crashes when using generated media

Created a 2 track HDV project with generated media (linear followed by circular - default settings: masking set to Multiply) on track 1 and a png image as child on track 2 - did 16:9 pan/crop to full screen. When project is set to 8 bit, it renders fine, no issues. If I switch the project to 32bit - either linear or video, it crashes instantly on rendering.

Above is done on my laptop - XP Pro X64, 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD, AMD Athlon M - 2GHz.

On another project, I had a circular generated media on track 1 (as above) , with child .mov's (alpha enabled) on tracks 2 and 3. Again, crashed when rendering in 32 bit mode, but no rendering issues in 8bit mode.

The above project done on work PC - Vista 64, 4GB RAM, 2TB HDDs, Pentium 840D - 3.3GHz.

Will do more testing before filling in bug report, but anybody else experience issues with using the internally generated color gradients as masks when rendering in 32bit mode?
