3D-Curl effect -- How to Curl the bottom of an image in Z-plane.. HELP

Hi!

I'm looking to create an effect of a banner hung at the top, which waves forward and backwards, curling at the bottom as it moves.

I've been able to rotate it forward and backwards easy enough with a "3d Source Alpha" track compositing mode, and have played with both the "Wave" and "Spherize" Effects.. they're "OK", but not quite what I'm seeking since "wave" is really only a 2D effect.

Can anyone think of filters or techniques to help accomplish this? Maybe a "curling" of the image at the bottom (there is no "curl" effect that I've found)?

Thanks!

:-) Rob
