3D effects

Can anyone tell me if Videofactory has any upgrades or plugins that include 3-D effects.

Unfortunately, No. Vegas 4 does, but VideoFactory does not. You would have to use a stand-alone 3D program like Ulead Cool 3D Production Studio and just export the video and then import it back in.
