I need another avenue of support for a bad cd as neither going through regular support via the web nor posting my problem on this forum yielded any response. Can someone please let me know of any other options I can use to obtain support from SoFo? Thanks... Barry
Have you tried the phone support? It is free for installation problems and I have found it quick and helpful in the past. I am surprised that you have not had any response from support. It has always been better than anyone else's. I assume you are saying that your Vegas CD is bad.

Thanks for your reply. Actually it is not the Vegas Video CD but the CD that came with the Digital Video and Audio Production book. All was well until I got to the .veg file needed in Chapter 7. I posted this under "Bad Mo7Task001.veg file" and went through the normal web support.

Thanks for your offers and replies but as it turns out SoFo did send me the file. They apologized for the delay but the attachment was there. I thank SoFo and perhaps I will try to show more patience even though the request went unanswered for about 5 business days. (Is this normal?)
