3rd Party Plugins?

Are there any 3rd party plugins I/we should be aware of? I'd be especially interested in additional transition options.

Click the Search link, search for "3rd plugin" change duration to 2-years", you'll find a few threads talking about plug-ins. Do another "3rd plug-in" search and you'll find one more.

If you find currently active links, please do summarize. One that I know of - Wax (www.debugmode.com) - is more of a stand-alone app as well as effects that can be used with Vegas/Vegas Movie Studio.
