4:3 on Widescreen TV - Top & Bottom chopped off

The subject pretty well describes this issue.

Is this an issue that can be addressed/corrected within DVDA Pro, or do widescreen TVs have a setting where they can properly play 4:3?

Lots cut off, or just a little? If it's lots then the TV is probably set to zoom. There should be a button on the remote that cycles through various screen modes such as normal, stretch, and zoom.

If it's just a little then it's probably the TV's overscan. There would probably be even more chopped off on a 4:3 TV, and on the sides as well.

Maybe it's set to zoom. I'll see if I can get access to the TV again.

The picture is not stretched, but the sides go all the way to the left and right; so there is quit a bit cut off (much more than on 4:3 TVs).
