After reading the Video Capture help pages, I'm under the impression that you can only use the segmented capture if you have a DV device.
Is it possible to use segmentation when using an analogue capture device (my case, a TV card) ?
I'm trying this prog in the hope that it'll do all the jobs in one place (from capture to VCD) instead of having to use different apps for the various stages.
Any help would be appreciated
