I/ve update my Vegas and Boris, now when i start Vegas (411) it wont even start? Error. Build 411. I have also deleted Boris and this still doesn't work. It BS because I pay a yearly subscription for this program.
Also, when the activation process was undertaken after the Vegas Pro update, there was no change made to your email address was there? This is because the email address must be the one used at the time of the original purchase whenever re-activation occurs.

If its the "stopped working" window that I'm thinking it might be, at the bottom of the window should be 2 check boxes. Tick the bottom check box (it should say that it will provided more details) and then screenshot the more details window that opens and upload that screenshot to this thread via the upload icon in the header when making a comment:
