Dilly dallies is pretty undefined.
It depends on your processor, hard drives, and FSB, plus which "dilly dallies" you choose.
In other words, your question can't be answered specifically. The difference in render time on the same computer with footage captured from a 1 chip, 3 chip, or 33 chip camera is the same.....once it's digital, it's digital. If it's all DV 25, it's all DV25. No differences.

How far could you run if you had a broken leg?
In other words, that all depends on the dilly's and what they are or if the dallys are blur or transparency etc. that can make the diference between a render if say 2 times real time or 8 times real time or more.
Basicly there is no set formula ,too many variables.
