4K monitor problem!!!!

Hello I have problem start preview on my second 4K monitor. When the monitor is set to 4K resolution the picture is displayed only on the right side starting from middle of monitor, when the monitor is set th HD resolution all is ok. But I won't to see in 4K because I edit 4K. How to fix this?

I do 4k but not 2nd monitor yet. lot of possible variables here: matching connection types? VSYNC off, if needed. Latest drivers and GPU set correctly in its setup? NVIDIA has this "surround" video mode for spanning monitors that may or may not help.

I try all things but only in FULL HD show full screen normaly
