6.0c update & H.264 support

Thanks!

I really appreciate the added support for H.264. A few limitations though that I feel could be usefully addressed.

Whilst I can render at 25fps (PAL) it won't let me render 720x576 ! If you try and create a custome rez of that, it goes back to 720x480.

Also, support for HD resolutions & bitrates would be nice please. 1.4 Mbps looks very good, but 1440x1080 @ 6 Mbps would look better ;-)

Apparently Sony is using Mainconcept's implementation and frankly, MC sucks with their H.264 AVC offering. limited to 720x480 (which is cropped to like 688x496), 1.4MB limit, no two pass encoding, no in-loop, no de-blocking, no tweaking, no custom templates, and no HE-AAC means I will continue using Nero/Ateme.

AVC/AAC support was only thrown in there to help their PSP line and was not meant to provide users with creating high quality HD encodes which severely disappoints me. What ever happened to the H.264 AVC that Sony had a press release on that they were developing? PSP is way overrated and over priced. Moreso, without a viable way to author UMDs, I honestly dont see how the heck this even helps the pros that use Vegas unless they expect producers to offer movies with memory sticks (way too pricey.)

I would have preferred they would have held off on this feature instead of half assing their implementation.
