9d Soon Likely ;)

As a DP/Producer I generally only edit a couple of projects a year, but I just started a month-long edit, decidedly choosing v8 b for it's stability even though I have v9 installed too.

What this means of course is that v9d will be released within the next two weeks to tempt me to upgrade my project.

Just letting you know.

Are you the guy who washes your car to make it rain - so you're the one.

I should try out the same trick, and start with two huge projects I have been holding back, instead of just waiting and waiting for 9.0d...

Thank's for your "help" in this matter ;-)

I hope SCS is progressing well, and has been able to both catch and fix the major bugs still preventing full blown use of 9.0c. And I hope that they really have a publishing date already set for the release?

Why is it so totally impossible for SCS to inform us loyal users, especially when there are known issues that we are waititng to get fixed?

Just drop us one line, it would be highly appreciated by all users and members of this forum! For us waiting, now news is really bad news. Come on, you know the human mind, don't you?

Sincerely,

Christian

agree with christian....

it would be very helpful (not to mention good pr) if scs was to reply to problems here, or give some sort of hint, timeline as to what they are doing regarding the problems / bugs with 9c.

there's a lot of frustration and anger floating around, and though there's nothing better out there than vegas, it probably wont deter some from just throwing their hands in the air and jumping ship.

sony, if you want your user base to grow, water it occasionally
