A "dotted line" script

Anyone know if there is a script which will audit the video events on a timeline, find incomplete or "un-quantized" frames (the "dotted line" when clicking on the border of an event in the new Vegas 7) and trim the two event ends to the nearest whole frame?

I think that's the one, thanks MarcoB. I remembered Peach Rock but after buying Veggie Toolkit, forgot there were free scripts there too.

Following up--the Peach Rock script worked in some instances and created errors in others--probably because of the new engine in V7.

But ultimately I wish I knew how to script--I see a need for a script that will audit all video tracks in a project, locate non-quantized frames, and trim the ends of adjoining cuts (without changing the length of the project) so that they meet at a new cut point, being the nearest whole frame. Maybe it hasn't been done yet because the result would barely be noticeable.
