A good configuration?

Anybody see any problems with this config:-
Windows 98, Sony PC9, Adaptec AFW300 IEEE 1394 card and Videofactory software?
Problems with Videowave 4.

98 will not work.

Supported operating systems are:

98SE, ME, 2000, XP
