I've just read an article at camcorderinfo dot com telling that Panasonic GS 400 is the best choice in its category. It really seems great and its price at BH is around U$ 1,200.
My question is: a friend of mine offered an used Sony PD 100 with just 100 hours of use (Although this camcorder is descontinued, it is almost "new").
What would you prefer: A new GS 400 for U$1,200 or an used PD 100 for U$ 1,000?
Do you have any other camcorder suggestion between U$ 1,000 - U$ 1,400?
