A ticking Sound in Vegas Video

All of a sudden i started having a ticking sound in all my Audio, I never had it happen till today and it seems to not want to go away.. I really havent a clue as to why its happening.. Any help would be greatly appeciatted!!

Uh anyone have a clue or? It's making the noise no matter what.. It doesnt have to have an AUDIO or VIDEO track inserted..All you have to do is hit the PLAY BUTTON and it starts Ticking ..Sounds Like a Clock or something?

Sounds like you turned on the metronome. Go to tools on the menue and disable it.

Thank you very much, that was the trick. Im new to VV3 so i didnt notice it had been turned on or knew what METRONOME did to begin with. Now i know, once again thank you very much...
