I can't figure out why my whole timeline of events won't keep each video with its audio. I do NOT have my "Ignore Event Grouping" button clicked to the On position ,so why are they not moving together?

Its impossible to edit this way with having to re-align each time I slide/or trim a video clip the audio that goes with it...

Please tell me the missing setting....I just can't figure how this happened !
