I just picked up another HDV camera today. I wanted to know before trying it, if I can take a tape recorded on 1 A1u (HDV)and run a firewire cable between that one to the other and downconvert while captureing to tape on the other camera?

Is that possible? If I don't see any replies, I will try it this weekend and post back.
