You can create your tit;es in Swish, save as an avi file then import into Vegas.

In my opinion the best program so far for titles and animation is titlemotion pro by inscriber. Check it out they have a demo.

Title Motion and the Pro version are at www.inscriber.com

I had a LOT of trouble with that site, kept locking up. Seems that many of the "details" that you can click and request are in .pdf files, and for some reason my recently updated and working Adobe Acrobat 5 will not read their files. Works anywhere else, though.

This is a nice product, just wish it were 90% cheaper.

I have also tried using Swish for my titles. You should give it a try. It is extremely easy to create great looking "flying" titles using the built in presets.

I don't have much experience with it. I only did a few titles on a black background. I did not need alpha channels. Swish can only output to AVI or flash. Titlemotion can output to an image sequence with alpha channels but I found it a lot more difficult to work with for what I was trying to accomplish.
