AC3 5.1 in DVDA 5.0

Ok, I rendered several clips to begin to learn DVDA - I rendered the video file in Vegas 8.1 and the audio file as AC3 5.1 - when I drag the audio file to the time line it looks like a 2 chanel recording does in the time line of Vegas - I've read the manual on AC3 in DVDA and can't find anything that says I need to do anything different. Am I missing something needed to create a surround audio track in DVDA from an AC3 / 5.1 file created in Vegas?

If you set 5.1 Surround in your DVDA Project Properties, it will prepare and burn with 5.1 Surround.

The Preview in DVDA will only display and play as 2-CH Stereo, however.

I know this is a bit confusing at first, it was for me too. However, if you always set your Project Properties first, the DVD will be what you expect.

I have it set for 5.1 in the properties so sounds like it will work - Thanks for the help!
