Academic Question

Just picked up VV4+DVDA for $250 from one of the academic resellers listed on Sony's site. When I receive my serial numbers, do I have to send them to Sony to get serial numbers that will work for VV5+DVDA2? $250 isnt bad at all for what looks like a great package. Its great to be a teacher.

This is a freakin joke. Now I have to mail a copy of my reciept in before I get to upgrade to VV5/DVD2? and the support department closes at 6pm EST. Im very disappointed in this crap.

They can keep the $50 rebate I could care less but no way should i have to wait for a lousy serial number.

MisterPat, I just want what I paid for and am entitled to. I have spent enough money with the SoFo guys and took advantage of a good deal which doesnt seem to be so good now. True, I have received new serial numbers for an additional copy of VV4+DVD but I have no need for that as I already have a full retail version. So forgive me for being a little peterbed about blowing $250 today to have to wait for something for what very well may be weeks considering how busy support is/will be.

Regarding "Acidsex" teaching etc, AcidSex was an old DJ name I had used when I was a club DJ. Dont make assumptions...you know the rest.
