Academic version vs retail version

Just wondering about a couple of things I haven't been able to finds the answers to thus far. If anyone could help me out, I would be very appreciative:

1- Does the academic version come with everything, including the manuals, etc, that the retails version comes with?

2- Is it legal to produce something for distribution and sale with the academic version?

3- If I buy the academic version and don't like it, is it legal to sell it along with its licence?

Thanks for any help!

I bought the academic version and it appears to be the same as the retail. The manual that comes packaged with the CDs is a very basic guide.

You'll want to go to the sonicfoundry website and download the PDF manual for more in depth answers. However......I have had all of my questions/posting answer by the very knowledgeable users on this forum!!

After a couple of small bumps in the road, I completed my first project less than a week after loading the software.

Go For It!! You won't be sorry with your purchase.

Just to clarify - there is absolutely no difference in the acedemic version. There really isn't an acedemic version - but rather how you purchase it.

Manual speaking - yes the manual you can d/l from the sofo website is very good ... but I do think this forum is also a great tool.

Hope that helps.
