Accessing Vegas Effects in Vegas 17

Hello, I've downloaded and installed the trial version of Vegas 17 Post together with Effects & Image packages. The Effects & Image packages work stand alone, how do I access them from within Vegas?

I've installed it on a machine which has v16 installed and all the native FX are there. Does v17 need pointing to the Effects package? Can't find any information about this anywhere.
