You should be able to bring ACID loops into Vegas without any problem. They're just .wav files. You can even set them up to loop. When you're ready to save your project, you might choose to "Copy all media with project" (an option checkbox in the Save as dialog box. This will copy the loops from the CD to the hard drive, where you're saving your project.
