Acid Pro Starting error

Hi, i am getting an error in starting acid pro. I have 500 MB ram, over 8 GB free space. I can run big big softwares easily like 3d max + Maya +adobe photoshop + flash MX at same time, but it gives this error when i start acid pro when no other softwares are running on my machine

Have you got the XP service that enables web access to take place disabled (not sure which). SF products need this enabled even if web notification disabled or no web connection.
