I was wondering if there is a way to rewire acid into vegas?

No, Vegas is not a ReWire host/mixer. There is no way to connect ACID or any other ReWire device to Vegas.

On workflow to look at:

When you render your project in ACID to a Wave File, you can embed the ACID project information into. You can then "open" ACID from Vegas and ACID will load the correct project associated to the wave file. You then make your changes, and then save back to the same file. Vegas will pick up the change and reload the audio file.

I know, not ideal, but for very basic tasks, it does permit you to work in context, if not time.

You can also export each track of you ACID project as a seperate audio file.
